The 2nd annual Cider Crush was held on October 7th at Kimmel Orchard. I think the total amount of cider produced came out to about 180 gallons this year. Awesome time as always

Homegrown Homebrew Fest

Looks like the SOBs will be well represented at the Homegrown Homebrew Fest at Crescent Moon on Saturday August 20th from noon til 4. Looks like we will be pouring at least 14 different beers. This is the first local event that I am aware of that features homebrew. Should be interesting.

August Meeting

Had a great meeting in the Barage. Discussed planning for the many upcoming events. Also talked about creating a PayPal account for handling dues and other club expenses. Enjoyed some awesome floats with Clark's Chocolate Stout.

Decided to pull off 5 gallons from the barrel project for the upcoming festivals.
